Good service, very flexible and the manager and front desk were excellent and friendly. I will recommend this hotel for a visit or work in Temuco. Parking was convenient a location close to restaurants and to the Temuco's mall.

modern hotel in s safe neighbourhood, close to the casino and many restaurants within walking distance. Good beds, pillows. Modern lifts and bathroom. Good breakfast with real coffe, eggs and variety of bread and fresh fruit.

The service was just awesome. Extremely kind people and always trying to help. The hotel is comfy and well located. It has parking and didn´t have any issues with it, easy to access. I recommend the hotel.

Great location, staff was very very friendly and specially with my dog/pet. They accommodated my various requests for extra bed, towels, etc. It is truly a very well run hotel, comfy rooms and beds, will definitely stay again!

The staff was very helpful and friendly, specially Paula. Paula helped us to solve our problems. She speaks English very fluently so she was very helpful and nice. She made us to like this hotel more.

The staff particularly the breakfast staff were lovely. Pleasant and welcoming hotel. The rooms were extremely comfortable spacious and clean.

Friendly staff and could speak english. Free underground parking (remember to mention in checkout). Good location.
